The International Airport of Puerto Vallarta suspended services Thursday morning in order to clean a jet fuel spill caused by a driver under the influence breaching security and colliding with a fuel truck.
"An unidentified man entered a restricted area at the International Airport of Puerto Vallarta and had a collision with a fuel vehicle, causing a spill of jet fuel," explained the Pacific Airport Group (GAP) in a statement.
According to reports, the event occured at 10:00 am on Thursday, and at 12:15 hours operations were restored.
According to GAP there were no injuries or major damages . . .
